We got tired of Midwest binders in New England lobbies
Dear branch trainer,
We were the ones who had to explain why the "standard" customer onboarding packet referenced property tax due dates that made no sense in Massachusetts, and why the mobile help section never mentioned Zelle enrollment limits. Customers noticed. So did tellers — especially when someone asked about peoples bank online banking enrollment and the only handout mentioned a routing number format we retired in 2016.
Pioneer Valley Press exists because New England community banks deserve print that sounds like the people who walk in on Main Street — hospital workers, casino shift staff, university adjuncts — not a generic national template with the logo swapped.
We bind in-house. Short runs. When SBA fee schedules change after a federal bulletin, we reprint 350 copies and courier them to Holyoke before the weekend — not six weeks from a warehouse in Ohio.
We are not Peoples Bank. We do not handle peoples bank login credentials or account data. We publish paper that your staff hands out after the customer is already yours.
Wholesale orders run on PO numbers. Tell us which volumes you want in the branch kit and whether you need custom insert pages with your internal extension numbers. Most Pioneer Valley orders placed before 3 p.m. ET ride our local courier; everything else ships UPS Ground from the studio loading dock off Main Street.
